Jurisdiction, Enforceability, and Termination

Any dispute concerning the Site or these Terms of Use shall be subject to the exclusive venue of a court of competent jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

Co-Signer.com may terminate these Terms of Use and/or the products or services offered by Co-Signer.com at any time without notice to you if, in our sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the information contained in the Site and destroy the materials you have obtained from Co-Signer.com, including all related documentations and copies. Co-Signer is also entitled to terminate all or part of the Site at any time, without notice to you.

These Terms of Use state the entire agreement with regard to the items discussed above.
